Join the WMF Youth Internship Program

WMF's internship program is a paid, year-round opportunity for young people who want real experience in grassroots organizing. Interns commit 4–6 hours a week, meeting Thursdays and Saturdays, and work directly on campaigns to get out the vote through:

  • Phone Banking — Calling voters to confirm registration and share key election dates.

  • Voter Registration Drives — Registering new voters at community events, campuses, and public spaces.

  • Digital Organizing — Writing reminder postcards to encourage voter turnout.

All work is strictly non-partisan and focused on one goal: helping eligible voters get to the polls.

Who should apply: This opportunity is open to high school juniors and seniors who can commit to a consistent organizing schedule. This isn't a traditional job — it's a chance to build real-world organizing skills, gain hands-on campaign experience, and grow as a young leader in your community.

Interested? Please e-mail Amy@womensmarchfoundation.org or Henry@womensmarchfoundation.org. Training dates to be determined.
