WE ARE WOMEN’S MARCH foundation
On January 21, 2017, the women of America came together to defend America’s soul in the largest public demonstration in our nation’s history. Of the five million women and allies that marched across the country, 1.2 million joined in Downtown LA, creating an imprint in history as Women’s March Los Angeles. Growing into a movement, Women’s March LA successfully held two anniversary marches, continuously executed programming and has now evolved into Women’s March Foundation, a powerhouse organization spanning across the nation.
And we are not stopping there!
This month we are launching Women’s March Sister Network, the 501(c)4 political arm of Women’s March Foundation, focusing on activism and campaign engagement via its network of voter squads across the country, providing activist trainings, tech tools and other political organizing activities.
2020 Women's March Platform
From women’s rights and health care to climate change and income equality- and virtually every other significant issue we face, the Women of America delivered their message loud and clear: We will not go back.
Women’s March Foundation has developed a Women’s March Platform highlighting our bedrock beliefs regarding the issues of importance to our nation and communities. From this day forward, we are committed to shining a light on these issues. We are drawing a line in the sand and declaring that our nation will only move in one direction: Forward.
